Since 2009
Our *Mitarbeit* with Volkswagen Passenger Cars (PKW) started in 2009 with the project Customer Profile aimed at analyzing customer behavior and preferences. Over the years our projects dipped in a full range of CRM services from classical email campaigns and database support to the cutting edge interactive tables at the Moscow International Automobile Salon (2014) and gamified forms for data capture.
In 2015 we started cooperation with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles (NFZ).
At present we provide full CRM support for both Passenger and Commercial branches:
– development of annual CRM strategy and creative communications strategy for new model launches
– development of a prospective and existing customer communication plan
– automation of dealer communications (custom-made VW Emailing Tool)
– trainings and CRM content development for dealer marketing departments (including quarterly CRM digests)
– automation of VW internal communications (development and support of the system to invite VW employees to internal events)
– CRM-based lead generation campaigns including digital data entry apps for mobile devices
– support of dealer marketing through lead processing and management
