We’ve been able to boost performance of not only marketing processes such as data entry management, regular stats and analytics reports, email communications and competitor monitoring, as well as very successful “Novosyol” loyalty program that we launched and have been running since 2013, but also business processes.

In 2015 we developed and launched a bespoke Delivery Management System that resulted in a 6-fold reduction of time needed by OBI delivery staff to process individual delivery orders by way of automation of internal and external business processes.
