Facing all the legal restrictions of dark market brands promotion, we’ve accepted the challenge to build a CRM strategy for Pernod Ricard Rouss wines & spirits. During a 2 year period of working with the whole company portfolio, we’ve successfully managed to develop applications and web-forms for data collection, acquire a considerable number of new contacts, build centralized data storage and create a loyalty program for luxury brands (including web-site creative concept preparation, production and further content support).

We’ve been able to localize a global holding social network, develop an e-mail communication strategy, automate and maintain lots of specialized digital projects while always considering the main brand’s goals and ensuring secure solutions.
